Mail pieces containing magnets should be approvedby the rates and classifications center of the Post Ofice in which it will be mailed. All offices do not interpret the regulations in the same manner. Please contact the factory for design assistance to insure postal requirements are fulfilled. This will allow your mail piece to be mailed at the lowest possible cost.The magnet must be placed on the leading edge of the mail piece (see diagram). Placement of the magnet can be on either sideof the mail piece, but we recommend placing iton the “FRONT” side of the mail piece, where the postal indicia is on the “BACK” side (see diagram). Magnet should be at least 1/2” from edge of mail piece. Please contact the factory for exact specifications.
