Art provided in digital format will allow us to provide you with the best possible reproduction and may eliminate hours of unnecessary artwork, especially where close registration is concerned. Sending artwork in digital format will not guarantee the art will output.

Preferred Software...the following formats are PREFERRED, but we may be able to accept your alternate format. Save your document as a file that may be edited; i.e. DO NOT send a Quark .eps file...send the actual document that was created in Quark XPress. You must include all .eps and .tif and other supporting files used in creating your document. Preferred formats are:
• Adobe Illustrator .eps with fonts converted
• Adobe Photoshop layered .tif or .psd file saved at 300 dpi or bitmaps at 1200 dpi
• Quark XPress document with all supported files and fonts
• Adobe InDesign file with all support files and fonts

Helpful File Tips
• Provide proper file extensions: .eps, .pdf, .tif, .qxd
• Name files according to the artwork or purchase order number (8-12 characters, no special characters)
• Provide at least 3/32" bleed for artwork that bleeds off the edge of the finished product...due to die cutting tolerances, all type must be 3/32" from any cut line. Imprint centered on a magnet may not be exactly centered once the finished piece is cut. Artwork may bleed off the edge of the magnet.• Convert fonts to outlines or curves when possible (text that becomes an object can no longer be edited as text). If this is not possible, you must supply all screen and printer fonts used in documents.

• $20(F) setup charge for artwork not supplied in usable digital format
• $30(C) PMS color match charge• $45(G) per hour for artwork design and conversion to usable format
• $45(G) per hour for artwork design and conversion to usable formats
• $60(G) charge for color proofs … please allow 3 to 5 working days

If you have a printed piece you are expecting to match, please provide a sample so we can make every effort to match to it on press. Due to technological updates in art and manufacturing processes, repeat orders may not be exact.
